Help increase the number of hires by launching operations in new countries. Every country have specific employment requirements and processes that require tedious work of planning and setting up operations in each of this country. In the past 1+ year, I have helped the company expand to 8+ new countries globally.
2016 - 2021
During my 5 years at Xendit, I helped the company pivot and find product-market fit, as well as build and maintain multiple products. Our main goal has always been and will continue to be building products that solve customer pain points. I enjoyed working closely with the sales team and developers to ensure a quick feedback loop on the product side.

One of the biggest privileges of being an early joiner at Xendit is that I have had the opportunity to explore different roles and run experiments with various things that help the company grow. This includes exploring new products, such as the remittance business, and new markets, such as regional expansion.
